"Chess is the only real game that has 0% luck involved" - actually this is not true. If your position is bad and your opponents can't find good moves or just makes a bad move that loses the game, you can consider this luck :)

There is 0% chance in chess! only skill
There are other games. To master Checkers/Draughts or Othello/Reversi is no quick or easy feat. The game of Go is a big and ancient one. Not to mention that literally hundreds of games with no random element have been invented in the past 50 years. I'll grant that chess is the most famous example.
I was going to check this out but I don't know Russian and 95% of the book titles are in Cyrillic.
